The plastic bottle carbonated beverage production line consists of three parts:
Material system (distribution and carbon dioxide mixing), filling system, packaging system.
★A) Beverage mixer: It is equipped with cold drinking water tank and refrigeration unit. High-power or ordinary mixer should be used according to the different gas content of beverage.
★B) Temperature bottle spraying equipment: the low-temperature filling bottle will be heated to the set temperature through this equipment, effectively prevent the phenomenon of bottle explosion, while ensuring the stability of gas content;
★ Equipment Flow:Water Making Equipment

Because carbonated beverages are filled at low temperature, in room temperature environment, moisture in the air condensates easily on the surface of bottles, causing serious damage to subsequent packaging and labeling. Therefore, after the filling machine, a thermos bottle machine must be set up to heat the bottle body to room temperature. The thermos bottle machine heates the bottle body by heat exchange of circulating spraying hot water. It has three permanent temperature zones .
