The filling is fast, the amount of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.Valve opening device: the device is composed of air cylinder, electromagnetic reversing valve and signal detection element. When there is a bottle, the bottle will be detected with proximity switch signal, at the same time, make the electromagnetic reversing valve action, open valve cylinder will be trigged, make the filling valve open inflatable filling; when there is no bottle, the electromagnetic reversing valve power loss, liquid tank valve rod retracted, make the filling valve does not open, avoid CO2 escape in the tank.Valve closing device andexhaust cam valve closing device is forced after filling, the control valve rod to the closed position, make the air injection valve and liquid valve closed at the same time, and then by the exhaust cam push the exhaust valve rod, the CO2 in the bottle, prevent the bottle bubble from the valve, the exhaust valve rod evenly push about 3mm position.The liquid lever is easy to control.
