>>>Working process:
★In the sealing part, crown caps are commonly used for carbonated beverages in glass bottles, and the sealing effect is very good. The whole capping mechanism is cylindrical. It rotates 360 degrees according to the center of the spindle. The bottle is automatically capped, and then enters the capping mechanism. The capping head operates along a specific guideway and moves up and down in a straight line. When the bottle with the cap is under the cap, the cap is compressed by the cap, and then output by the conveyor chain plate to complete the whole washing, isobaric filling and capping process.

2)The device which can take out the reverse cap and prevent the reverse cap passing is settled in the cap-falling guide.
3)A group of photoelectric switches are settled on cap-falling guide. The machine will stop when there is no cap on the guide.
4)A bottle inlet detect switch is settled on the screwing capper.
5)By adjusting the height of the rotary parts to adapt for different bottle height.
6)The main parts of the screwing capper are processed by the digital-control processing center
